Article 1 – Purpose
These conditions govern sales by My Sweet Home of nights spent in short-term furnished apartments.
Article 2 – Prices
If you order from a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Exchange duties or other local or state taxes may be payable.
These rights and sums do not fall within the competence of My Sweet Home. You will be responsible for all such costs, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to check with your local authorities.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
My Sweet Home reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price list in force at the time the order is validated and subject to availability.

Please note: as soon as the tenant takes possession of the premises (moves into the apartment), responsibility for any damage caused in the apartment is transferred to the tenant.

My Sweet Home reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a problem of availability, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.

If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by e-mail. Your order will either be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made, or we will offer to find you alternative accommodation for the duration of your stay.
Article 8 – Liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation.
My Sweet Home cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the product purchased.
Finally, the responsibility of My Sweet Home cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 9 – Applicable law in the event of disputes
The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

My Sweet Home will archive rental contracts and invoices issued on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
The computerized registers of My Sweet Home will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
